Faithful Steed is a traditional German style unfiltered Pilsner. A base grist of Pilsner malt with a touch of Vienna, and hopped it with Magnum, and Saaz. Fermented with a German lager yeast and lagered the resulting brew for 6 weeks. Faithful Steed is a clean, crisp and well bodied Pils with a refreshing floral and citrus hop bitterness
