We avoid adding an unnecessary amount of sugar to our wine and make sure that each bottle is produced to the utmost standard.
Our organic, vegan Prosecco is produced from Glera grapes grown on the south facing slopes of the Dolomite foothills, close to Soligo, North East Italy.
Winemaking: The wine has up to 7g of sugar per litre added in the production process, undergoing secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks (Charmat method).
