You know the score by now - you dust your chips the moment they come out of the fryer or the oven. We cook oven fries (normally sweet potato) on a thick metal baking sheet and dredge the fries with salt when they're red hot. We tumble them around using a fish slice to coat them all over and get on and scoff 'em. Beach BBQ is a nice hot blend of herb, spices, smoked chilli, smoked paprika and natural hickory smoke flavour. With a touch of cayenne - almost forgot!
