Tray roast Moroccan Vegetables.
Ingredients: Oregano, coriander, cumin, thyme, garlic, salt, onion, sugar, caraway, tomato, paprika, chilli.
Prepare veg of your choice into a roasting tray, drizzle in olive oil & shake the seasoning over. Mix altogether till the veg are covered in the seasoning. Roast on medium-high heat for aprox. 45 mins.
