So here we have our mildest sauce. A perfect infusion of green jalapeno, lime, and ginger.
This is light enough for sald dressing, but fantastic on shellfish, light meats and cheeses. A perfect zesty verde sauce.
Ingredients
Cider vinegar, jalapeno chilli, oranges, lime, sugar, spring onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, spinach, sea salt, rapeseed oil.
