The wonderful flavour comes from local oranges from La Merced estate in the same village of Los Alcores where Arbequina extra-virgin olive oil comes from Basilippo's own Hacienda Merrha. This wonderful product is used in salad dressings, with oven-baked white fish like hake and cod, drizzled over pork for a fabulous crackling, to finish a rich beef stew or a paella and to touch up the flavour of plain black or green olives. It's also gorgeous in the mix for an orange polenta cake!'
